“ Pure Adventure pleasure. A visit to the Chobe National Park, is a “must” for serious nature lovers – there are more than 450 bird species, massive elephant and buffalo herds and an extra spoil is staying at the comfortable Chobe Water Villas.

Karla Janse van Rensburg, the Lifestyle Editor for both Beeld and Rapport newspapers, in South Africa, recently visited Chobe Water Villas and this, in a nutshell is what she had to say in her article that is read my thousands of travel enthusiasts:

Just a short ride from the airport, and a quick ride on the river to the Namibian side and you arrive at Chobe Water Villas where we were welcomed by Peter and Birgit Heckmair, the Namibian couple that is managing the lodge.

Every villa has a massive bathroom with shower and bath, a huge bed surrounded by a mosquito net, and the best part, a veranda, built over the river where you can relax with something cold whilst watching the boats and the game go past.   I saw a huge herd of elephants walk by on Sedudu Island as I was sitting there.”

Karla goes into great detail on how much she enjoyed the food, the game, the luxury of the lodge and more.  Please have a look at her article by clicking here.
